the bus trip to Bijapur was better than I thought.I managed to sleep for roughly 4 hours and only got wake up because the bus was not bumping anymore. Yes, we had a technical problem and therefore to get off the bus at 4am in the morning. Most of the Indian people went on sleeping in the waitingroom, suprisengly none complained or get irritated about the situation. After having waited for 2 hours they had solved the problem and we could go on to Bijapur. When I arrived there I did not really get the feeling that this is the place worth staying over night. Therefore I only took my lunch there and got on the next bis in de direction to Badami. When I arrived in Badami I was very pleased to see, this is a little authentic village with a lot of temples on the hill side. Pigs were searching for food, kids were playing on the pathway, women were doing the washing up in front of the house and of course a lot cows wondering around or looking inside the front door. The cows in India are holy therefore they have a good life and people also buy greengran for them to feed.

Antje (Italy):
Hi Bianka,
your trip is really adventurously and sometimes close to a danger operation - but it seems to me that you are managing all situations perfect and safe :-)
Enjoy the final part of your trip.
keep in contact, bye Antje
PS: today we will go to sled (schlitten fahren :-) since one week we have a lot of snow in south tyrol. -

Hoi Bianca,
wij dachten dat je maar 1 maand weg zou zijn!
Het is heel bijzonder om je verhalen te lezen. Het lijkt ons echt een heel andere wereld.
Geniet van de laatste dagen! Hier is het koud en donker...............
