I am now in Indore at the Yoga school. The frist day started at 6.30 am with yoga training. If such a guru instructe you in Yoga it is so different from what you have experienced before. Why? Because of his personality and way of saying and explaining things. Om Babaji is a very gentle and friendly man. He talks with a very calm voice and still he knows to get the best out of you during the training. It is really great! On this first day after the Yoga guruji Babaom ( means : great teacher) decided that we should go to one of the holiest places in India to understand and see which meaning Hinduism has.So we went with 10 people to Omkareshwar. It is a Hindu temple in the Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh. Omkareshwar is on an island called Mandhata or Shivapuri in the Narmada river. The shape of the island is said to be like the Hindu Om symbol. It is a very nice and peaceful place and to relax close to the rives is refreshing after having walked for a while through the heat of India.
Enjoy the photo's!
