Hello again,
the Yoga campus has a little hospital which is free and only for the poor people.
There is also shelter with some cows and one buffalo. They are walking around over the campus during the day to get some grass and all lovely flowers. On the other side of the campus there the accommodation for the students and also house for poor elderly people. The biggest building right in the middle of the campus is the school. That is also the place where we stay. If you go out from this building to the canteen please be aware of the bull shit. I already trapped into it once. This brings luck does not it?!
As I told before we or I get up 5.30 am and at 6am i will start to do warming up and yoga Asanas and /or meditation.
Then we all have a general Yoga class at 7am with the guruji. This will take 60-90 minutes.
After that we are waiting for breakfast and at 10.30am class on Yoga philosophy will start. If the teacher comes in the class we have to get up and say Om shanti or Namaste. We always start we chanting 3 times AUM and in the morning we also say a prayer. You address people not very often with their name you say just Sir or madam. If the teacher ask a simple YES / NO question in the class, we have to answer with Yes / No Sir. This feels really strange. Yes, there are a lot things in India to show respect for the other person or things ....you dealing with.
At 12pm we go for lunch and at 7 pm we go for dinner. It is always Nan with vegetables and some dhal.
In the afternoon class will start at 4pm again till 6pm or 7pm. It s every day the same. Only on Sundays we have just in morning class. Therefore we all forget sometimes which day it is.

I share with 3 women the room. Sarah ( Italy) , Varni ( Southindia) and Nehah ( Dehli). This is fine. Our room is big and we all have enough space for our things. The first night we found out that there a lot of difference in dealing with things.
The Indian girls they don’t even change there cloth when other women are present in the same room. In that case the go to the bathroom and get changed. I only brought a T-shirt with me to sleep in because it is anyway hot that you don’t even need a blanket. Varni put a pyjama on which was covering everything. She asked me are you not wearing more when you go to bed. Of course, I told her, but not if it is so hot. She finds that very strange and told everyone that I sleep naked. It is so funny.culturdiffernces....She explained me that it is not her culture to show herself naked for other women, never.
The Asian people are more connected with the nature. All names referring to flowers or other things common in the nature.
I like that...
Varni told me that If a women is pregnant and her 7/8th month starts, she will wear a lot of bangles around their lower arm up to the elbow because the sound of the bangles relaxes them and it reduces the pain during giving birth due to the fact the movement of the bangles activate meridians in the body. Interesting, or not?

AAAaahhhh one more important thing to tell... we have to wash every day our cloth... with our own hands in the bathroom.
This takes a bit of our time every day.

We don’ t get bored here as you can believe now.

Om shanti and take care,
Bianka
